Red berries accumulate 80-100 mg per 100 g of vitamin C fruit. This means that half a handful of berries or something about a glass of diluted syrup is enough to meet the daily requirement for vitamin C. Rich in redberry and vaso-strengthening P-active substances. The high content of vitamin C and P-active substances makes redberry an effective antihypertensive agent. At the same time, it is important that it increases low pressure, and high pressure decreases. And besides, red berries contain tannins, trace elements and a powerful preservative - benzoic acid. And, apparently, this is not a complete list of medicinal substances that accumulate in the red flower.
