Все технологические линии горячего цинкования производства компании БПМ-Технолоджис состоят из 3 участков: 1. Участок предварительной химической обработки; 2. Участок оцинкования; 3. Транспортно-технологический участок; В зависимости от производительности линии комплектация данных участков будет различаться. Наличие специальной технологической оснастки позволяет также производить антикоррозийную обработку метизной продукции.

Участок оцинкования предназначен для нагрева цинка и поддержания рабочей температуры расплава. В участке предусмотрена установка сгорания импульсного типа, с теплоизоляционным покрытием и автономной системой переносимости гидростатических ударов. Материал футеровки в МЦ-1 — жаростойкий Skamol super. Участок цинкования включает в себя модуль сушки, модуль цинкования и модуль промывки/закалки. Компания "БПМ-Технолоджис" разработала типовые варианты линий горячего цинкования. Участки оцинкования, предназначенные для встраивания в определенную Линию, отличаются габаритами обрабатываемых изделий.
