Описание Сырорезка предназначена для нарезки круглого или брускового сыра на равные порции. РАБОЧИЙ ПРОЦЕСС РЕЗКИ СЫРА Оператор помещает сыр на пластину под режущую матрицу. Он нажимает одновременно две кнопки и верхний модуль опускается на сыр, разрезая сыр на количество порций. Оператор убирает куски сыра и нажимает кнопки для возврата модуля ножей в исходное положение. Сырорезка готова к следующему циклу. Матрицы сырорезки приводятся в движение пневмоцилиндрами. Купить сырорезку можно как с одной, так и с несколькими легкосъемными матрицами. Машина может быть оборудована различными модулями для нарезки сыра различных форм (круглого, прямоугольного, квадратного). Для нарезки круглого сыра на сырорезке может быть установлен модуль вырезки центра.
