Poultry preparation for processing: a ) After slaughter, place the birds in water (30 ° C). The temperature should not exceed the specified limits. Check the degree of processing by pulling out the feather by hand, the feather should easily separate from the carcass. 2. Operating instructions: a ) Remove the packaging from the machine and place it on a flat surface. Check the operation in idle mode by plugging in the mains power. b ) Place prepared birds in the machine. The maximum number of birds per load is determined empirically depending on the size of the carcass. Average number of one load 6 pcs.
