This rate includes the following works:

- Unloading cargo from railway wagons to a warehouse, cleaning cars and loading cargo from a warehouse onto a ship

- Cargo placement in the open warehouse area of the port.

- Unloading railroad cars, payment for the use of railways, cleaning cars, as well as the services provided by the Right Bank railway station (Volga railway).

- Watering the cargo with fresh water to comply with safety requirements.
