Honey with Black Seeds. “The black seed is a cure for every disease except death”, Bukhaari, Muslim, Ahmad. Black seed has a long history, more than 1400 years, of active use in Islamic medicine as an effective treatment for numerous disorders. That is why combination of sainfoin honey with black seed oil is a weapon against any disease. Black seeds coming from Nigella sativa have a pungent bitter taste and smell. من بين الفائزين بالميدالية الذهبية لجمهورية قيرغيزستان كان العسل الأبيض الكريم من منطقة الباشي المرتفعة في مقاطعة نارين. حصل العسل الداكن من Issyk-Ata في مقاطعة Chui وشموع شمع العسل على الميداليات الفضية في فئتيهما.

فازت قيرغيزستان العسل بميدالية ذهبية أخرى WBA ، في المسابقة العالمية الرائدة في مجال منتجات العسل والنحل ، خلال مؤتمر APIMONDIA الدولي للثقافة 44 الذي عقد في كوريا الجنوبية ، 2015.

"من المعروف أن جمهورية قيرغيزستان تنتج أفضل عسل في العالم" ، حسبما ذكرت شينخوا.
