Корпус сыроизготовителя представляет собой прочную сварную конструкцию, изготовленную из нержавеющей стали. Внутренняя ванна заключена в кожух, покрытый сверху декоративным слоем из нержавеющей стали. В промежутке между внутренней ванной и кожухом находится паропровод. Слив конденсата из промежутка осуществляется через патрубок DN40, расположенный под днищем ванны. Днище внутренней ванны имеет коническую форму для полного слива продукта. Над корпусом размещен привод лир, включающий мотор-редуктор и редуктор, соединенные приводным валом. Мотор-редуктор и редуктор передают вращение лирам. Лиры, вращающиеся внутри ванны, являются режуще-вымешивающим инструментом. Поворот лир по часовой стрелке приводит к разрезке сгустка, а против часовой стрелки - к вымешиванию. Для спуска зерна в смесь с сывороткой предусмотрено запорно-спускное устройство на ванне. Рядом с сыроизготовителем устанавливается рамная площадка обслуживания, обеспечивающая доступ оператора к ванне и пульту управления. Управление процессом сыроизготовления осуществляется на сенсорной панели пульта управления, расположенной рядом с устройством на площадке обслуживания.
