DEVICE: Oil cutting machine MRM (MRM-Sh) is made of stainless steel for food purposes and consists of the following main units: a frame, a body with a loading chamber, a loading table, a rotor with cutting knives, a rotor drive, a control panel. The rotor is the main working mechanism of the machine. 6 cutting knives are fixed in the grooves of the rotor discs. For cutting pressed cocoa (chocolate) knives are made of stainless steel with heat treatment to increase their service life. The knives in the rotor slots can be moved, thereby adjusting the thickness of the removed chips. OPERATING PRINCIPLE: The chip removal process is cyclical. A bar of butter (chocolate) is placed on the loading table and pushed into the cutting area of the machine. In the cutting zone, chips are removed by cutting blades of a rotating rotor. The supply of a bar of butter (chocolate) is carried out along an inclined plane due to gravity without additional mechanical action. As the bar of butter (chocolate) is processed, the next bar is placed on the loading table and the process is repeated.

Purpose: Pressing and cooling of cottage cheese in bags at dairy enterprises The main functional part of the UPT installation is a tubular drum into which bags with curd kale are loaded. When the drum rotates, the cottage cheese is pressed. Cooling of curd is provided with the help of a liquid coolant (ice water), which circulates in a tubular circuit of a rotating drum. The direction of rotation of the drum is changed by a reversible magnetic starter. The whey separated in the process of pressing the curd is collected in a removable tank located under the tubular drum. The bottom of the whey collection tank has an angle of inclination towards the drain hole and is equipped with an angled branch pipe with a sleeve connection.
