One-component flexible waterproofing sealant for all types of surfaces. Purpose of Crystallisol Elast: To create a thin (2-4 mm) waterproof layer applied both outside and inside structures subject to dynamic loads. With a layer thickness of 2 mm, it is capable of bridging cracks over 0.9 mm, the elongation at break is about 10%. It is used for work in tanks with drinking water without limiting the dimensions of the structure. The final layer resembles an elastic rubber and has high adhesion to all possible surfaces. The treated surface, due to its high adhesion, does not flake off and is able to withstand significant mechanical stress. With a layer thickness of 4 mm, after 7 days of normal hardening, water resistance is achieved at the level of W14 at water pressure "on the hold-down" and W8 at the "pull-off" pressure. Description Crystallisol Elast: Crystallisol Elast is a dry mixture of Portland cement, calibrated quartz sand and chemically active additives. Application thickness for 1 pass up to 4 mm. Ready time - 3 days. Properties of Crystallisol Elast: Waterproof at hydrodynamic pressure up to W14. Low shrinkage deformations. High curing rates. High fracture toughness. Resistant to aggressive media, acid-alkali-resistant. Works on all types of substrates, including metal ones. Environmentally friendly, non-toxic. It is applied both from the inside and from the outside of the structure. Closed with tap water at room temperature. It is applied with a spatula or brush. Material consumption: 3 kg / m² with a layer thickness of 2 mm. Packaging: 25 kg bag.
