Operating conditions from + 40°C to - 60 °C. They can be manufactured in general, corrosion-resistant, explosion-proof and high-temperature versions. Parallel or sequential installation of fans is allowed to increase air flow or pressure.   Advantages:   5 episodes; capacity up to 500,000 m3/h; pressure up to 35,000 Pa; temperature up to 5000C; 1st, 3rd, 5th connection diagram; highest EFFICIENCY; low noise level; explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant design. Depending on the series, fans can be used to transport both clean air and mixed with dust or particles of various fractions.   Fan Series:   CL – low-pressure for moving clean air; CH – high-pressure for moving clean air; SD – for moving polluted air; VD – for moving dirty air; MC – for pneumatic transport. The main connection diagrams of the electric motor and the fan impeller:   Scheme 1: direct drive through the shaft of the electric motor on which the impeller is mounted; Scheme 3: the drive is carried out from the motor shaft to the fan shaft through a coupling. The fan shaft is mounted on two rolling bearings; Scheme 5: the drive is carried out from the motor shaft to the fan shaft via a belt drive. Depending on the task, the fans are made of various types of steels. This can be a corrosion-resistant stainless steel version, both of the entire fan with a frame, and only its flowing part. By default, the fans are painted in RAL 9005 Jet Black, on request in any color from the RAL catalog.   The fans have a certificate of conformity for the movement of explosive gas-air media classified in subgroups IIA, IIB, IIC. The level of explosion protection, the subgroup of equipment and the temperature class of the fans in the assembly are determined in accordance with the explosion protection marking of the electric motor used.
