Description and Uses Petronas Syntium 5000 FR 5W-20 is specially formulated to meet Ford's “Ford WSS-M2C948-B” requirement, a specific requirement for Ford's EcoBoost family of gasoline engines. It is developed through our extensive experience working with major automotive manufacturers, combined with a fully synthetic lubricant technology that meets the requirements of Ford's EcoBoost engine family, which ensures fuel economy and engine durability. Petronas Syntium 5000 FR 5W-20 is a High Temperature High Shear (HTHS) low viscosity engine oil suitable for all types of passenger car gasoline engines. Designed for use in Ford EcoBoost family vehicles such as the Fiesta, Focus, C-Max and Grand C-Max using 1.0L, 1.25L, 1.4L and 1.6Ti gasoline engines requiring WSS- M2C948B from Ford and with API SN or ACEA A1/B1 specifications.
