Workshop history
Modernity rooted in the past
In 1953, in a small medieval town in Tuscany, Luciano Meoli laid the foundation for a story that, over 50 years of hard work, made his workshop one of the best cabinetmakers in Tuscany.
Borgo Pitti keeps the secrets of Tuscany's high carpentry craftsmanship: hand-made lightweight panels, the use of valuable tree species at all stages of production, meticulous attention to detail, the uniqueness of hand painting and the use of natural waxes and tempera paints, making the factory one of the first names of Italian interior design in segment of classic furniture.
The acquisition of Borgo Pitti products means an introduction to the culture and history that made Italy one of the world leaders in good taste and elegance.
