LLC "DEFORMATION SEAMS AND SUPPORT PARTS" is a specialized organization engaged in the production and installation of expansion joints of various designs and supporting parts for bridge overpasses, overpasses and other structures. We offer our products and services wherever there are temperature movements that need to be taken into account and compensated. Specialists of the enterprise provide technical support and development of projects of bridge structures, as well as the binding of structures of expansion joints and supporting parts. The priority area of development of our enterprise is the production of products on the territory of the Russian Federation using advanced open world technologies in the design and production of expansion joints and supporting parts. Over the past years, Expansion Joints and Support Parts LLC has significantly expanded the range of products manufactured on its own and has become the first Russian supplier to manufacture a full range of designs for supporting spans, namely: • Rubber support parts (DShR-ROCH); • Linear-movable and fixed rubber support parts (L ДШР-РОЧ, Н ДШР-РОЧ); • Rubber-fluoroplastic support parts (DShR-RFOCH); • Spherical bearing parts (SFOCH); • Single-profile expansion joints with rubber tape compensator (OP LH); • Multidisciplinary (modular) expansion joints with rubber tape compensator (MP DSh); • Single-profile and multi-profile expansion joints seams with false toothed noise-reducing plates; • Crushed-stone and mastic expansion joints of Torm-Joint BJ; • Rubber-metal expansion joints (RM ДШ); • Seismic isolators of various designs (RSI); • Construction of the transition zone of expansion joints PUGMK (BJ BAUM). All products are manufactured according to the technical conditions agreed with Russian design institutes, contractors, customers and have GOST R certificates of conformity. Over the years, we have manufactured and installed more than 50,000 meters of expansion joints of various designs and more than 100,000 units of supporting parts.
