There are two production sites:

  • Production complex for the acceptance, storage and processing of sunflower seeds, with a processing capacity of up to 500 tons per day, located in the village of Vesely, Rostov Region. The plant used an advanced technological scheme for processing oilseeds - single pressing with subsequent extraction of oil from oilcake. This technology allows you to extract the maximum amount of oil from the seeds at a relatively low cost. The oil press workshop is equipped with the necessary modern equipment, which allows providing the necessary quality indicators of oil and oilcake at a given output. The oil extraction workshop is equipped with the latest generation equipment of the Belgian company DESMETBallestra, which is a world leader in the production of equipment for the oil and fat industry. Elevator capacities for storing sunflower seeds of the American company GSI can store up to 35 thousand tons. The stationary capacities of the bulk oil storage company are 4 thousand tons. The floor meal storage warehouse allows you to store up to 6.0 thousand tons of products.
  • The refining and deodorizing plant for vegetable oils and polymer packaging, located in Rostov-on-Don, allows the processing and packaging of at least 200 tons per day of high-quality oil. Oil is packaged in PET containers of different volumes (0.5 liters; 0.9 liters; 1 liter; 2 or 3 liters; 5 liters). One-time storage of finished products is at least 2.5 million standard liters. The entire production process is under the constant supervision of our own certified laboratory. In 2016, DonMasloProduct CJSC was evaluated and certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 22000: 2015. Modern production, management and sales technologies allow the company to flexibly and efficiently work with consumers of our products, sensitively responding to the requests of our customers.

Features of the production process:

DonMasloProduct is a new generation plant (commissioned in 2009), equipped with the most modern equipment. Total product quality control is carried out at each stage of the production chain.

At the stage of receiving raw materials from agricultural producers, seeds are selected using a pneumatic sampler to be sent to the laboratory, where the quality of incoming raw materials is evaluated. With a positive decision of the laboratory, cars with sunflower are sent to tippers, where they are automatically unloaded. After that, the sunflower seeds are cleaned of weed impurities (the maximum content of impurities is 1.5-3%) and, if necessary, dried. Seeds are stored in a silo under thermometric control.

Actually, the production of oil begins with the collapse of seeds, the separation of the nuclei from the shell. The plant provides the most rational "vertical" scheme for processing sunflower seeds with maximum use of gravity flow. Seeds cleaned from litter are sent by noria to the heap on scourge seeds, then the resulting dairy leaves are sent to seed machines, where it is divided into a kernel and husk. After the collapse, the husk is sent to the needs of the boiler room, where it is the main source of heat for oil pressing, extraction workshops and auxiliary production. The core is fed by gravity to grinding in roller mills. The resulting peppermint noria and chain conveyors is fed into the frypots for heat and moisture treatment, where it is uniformly heated to 105 - 115 ° C. After exiting the roasting pan, the pulp (moistened and roasted peppermint) enters the screw press, where oil is extracted from it. The cake, after pressing contains 20-22% of the oil, is sent to the extraction workshop with the help of elevators and transport elements for its further processing. At the end of the extraction cycle, meal has a residual oil content of 0.7 - 1.5%.

The extraction plant is equipped with a “zero” drainage system, which is a progressive technical solution of DE SMET. With its help, wastewater from the entire installation in the form of steam is fed back to the toaster to evaporate the solvent and moisten the meal. The oil goes for processing: the initial cleaning allows you to get rid of suspended particles and mechanical impurities, and the subsequent steps bring the oil to a state of readiness. Processing of crude oil is carried out using the gentle cold refining technology, which allows to obtain high-quality refined deodorized oil. Also, one of the advantages of this technology is the lack of washing greasy water, a problem that is significant with classical alkaline neutralization in most plants.

Logistics:

  • OP "Rostov" (Rostov-on-Don) - shipment of packaged products is carried out. Convenient transport location in the city and the presence of its own railway access roads (up to 20 cars) allows for simultaneous combined shipment.
  • OP "Vesyoliy" (v. Vesely, Rostov Region) - shipment of meal and fuel pellets from sunflower husks is carried out only by road transport.

Product quality:

High oil quality is the result of constant monitoring of the processes of selection and processing of raw materials, refining, deodorization and packaging of finished products. The products are manufactured in accordance with the "Technical Regulations for Oil and Fat Products", the requirements of the EAC and other regulatory documents.

The main idea is to ensure a natural taste, purity and quality of the product with high technological production. Flavors, dyes and other chemical additives are not used in the manufacturing process.
