DORBARIER is a modern, independent, dynamically developing Russian company that owns and manages the production of metal structures in the field of road construction.
The main activities of the company:
- production of metal barrier fences of the road and bridge group with a holding capacity of 130 kJ to 600 kJ with all beam profiles currently known; the creation of new types of road fences;
- production of sound-absorbing and sound-reflecting panels, bearing metal structures of various shapes of acoustic screens, which reduce the noise level of traffic flows of highways and railways;
- production of restraining railings for bridges and overpasses, limiting pedestrian barriers along the roads;
- manufacture of metal structures for other purposes (cable runs, dirt screens, etc.).
The production is equipped with a wide range of forging and pressing equipment for cold sheet forming with a force of up to 500 tons, a wide range of roll forming lines for rolling a variety of steel profiles up to 4 mm thick (main elements, road fences, elements of acoustic screen panels, etc.). The production structure includes modern paint lines, gas-flame installations for processing plate parts, all kinds of necessary auxiliary production facilities and equipment, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted operation of the plant for the production of basic products.
