The company "ElitUpakovka" in 2014 presented a project for the production of a 200 ml thin-walled container with IML (fused label) decorating technology. The video shows the process of casting a cap for sealing for this type of container. These products are manufactured on 6th generation injection molding machines from TOYO (Japan), developed in full accordance with the concept of “intelligent casting”. A few words about IML technology: it allows you to decorate up to 95% of the etiquette field with images of the highest quality (photorealistic with clear graphics), which visually highlights the packaged product on store shelves. To date, our catalog contains another plastic container with a volume of 400 ml, which is equipped with the same lid, while their dimensions in terms of external parameters (width and length) remain the same and freely fit into the seat on the automatic supply line, as for 200 ml .
