Characteristics: Fixing agent for pigment printing

The product develops resistance to washing, resistance to wet and dry friction of fabric dyeing by means of a special reaction of transverse the bond that occurs due to the acrylic structure of the product during the fixation process during printing. This colorless liquid does not contain ethyl alcohol.

FORPRINT BINDER 80 N is compatible with auxiliary substances used in pigment printing. Product has very good electrolyte strength.

The product is sensitive to frost. Changes occur when temperatures near the freezing point.

The product is sensitive to temperatures above 40 ° C. The product can be stored in its original packaging in dry cool place (5-35 ° C) within 6 months.
At the end of this period, if the properties of the product checked and there are no changes in values, you can continue using the product.

FORPRINT BINDER 80 N creates a dry, soft and shiny film after fixation. Paint makes the pigment look matte, transparent and vibrant.

How to apply Textile material

FORPRINT BINDER 80 N can be applied to all types of fabrics commonly used in textile print. It is recommended to add fixed formaldehyde to increase resistance (e.g. 5.0-10.0 g / kg FORPRINT PFF 40).

Commit conditions
Optimal fixing conditions for best stability results are 4 - 5 minutes at 150 ° C. The crosslinking speed increases at higher temperatures.

Protective film
It is recommended to cover it with foil if it needs to be kept intact for some time. Value The pH of the slurry should be adjusted to 7.5-8.0 with ammonia. Also recommended filter out ready-to-print paste (?).
