- Payment
Payment for ordered goods is made by bank transfer by transferring funds to the account of the company. With individuals, residents of Russia can be settled in cash.
With customers non-residents settlement only by transferring funds to the account of the company. Please note that you must have a ruble account opened in your bank. Our company does not invoice in other currencies. Payment in US dollars, Euros and other currencies is not accepted.
- Delivery
Delivery of ordered products is carried out in any city located on the territory of Russia and the countries of the Customs Union. Delivery is carried out by the transport company specified in the General power of attorney of the buyer. We work with any transport company having a terminal or representative office in the city of Omsk. All our products have a three-layer packaging eliminating damage to the goods during transportation.
Nonresident customers.
Delivery to the transport company specified in the Power of Attorney and located in the city of Omsk is free of charge , by specialists and forces of our company. When taking goods from a warehouse of production by the customer’s own vehicles, loading operations, additional packaging of goods for transportation in a car is free of charge.
Local customers.
The collection of goods is carried out on the condition of the selection of goods from our warehouse by self-delivery by forces and at the expense of the customer.
Full delivery conditions are negotiated individually in the supply contract. We individually approach each client and are open for a constructive dialogue on all issues related to contractual relations.
