1. Independent production of large aluminum
forms for rotational molding by:
A) Creation of 3D models;
B) Implementation of 3D models on a 5-axis CNC machine in the form of master forms;
C) Injection of large-sized thin-walled forms for rotational
molding;
D) Final surface treatment and installation of technological
kih modes for rotational molding;
We independently develop and build machines for rotational
molding. 4 cars built. In the process of assembly is the 5th machine for larger products. The launch is scheduled for the end of 2016.
This machine is intended for the production of large-sized boats and boats up to 6.5 m in length and in diameter up to 3.1 m. For the manufacture of 3-layer sandwich products with PUF blowing in the process of forming the product.
