HARMS was registered in 1992 in St. Petersburg. The main activity of the enterprise is the production of dry and thick water-soluble extracts from plant materials in the form of pharmaceutical substances (license of the Ministry of Industry and Trade No. 11543-LS-P), as well as components for dietary supplements in accordance with TU 9199-006- 33150849-10 and TU 9199-008-33150849-15.
The production is located in the village of Vorontsovo, Ostrovsky District, Pskov Region. The design production capacity of 100 tons per year of dry extracts.
The manufacturing process includes the stages:
♦ extraction of plant materials;
♦ evaporation (concentration) of extracts in vacuum-evaporation apparatus;
♦ drying the obtained concentrates on spray dryers;
♦ sifting of the obtained dry extracts;
♦ mixing;
♦ packing;
♦ packaging.
Medicinal substances are produced in accordance with the registered FSP: dry extracts - Althea root, Mukaltin (Althea herbs), Hawthorn, Senna, Belladonna, Motherwort, Licorice, Teropsopsis, Hops, Echinacea, Eleutherococcus, bushy extracts - Valerianod, Krasavki as well as components for dietary supplements
and cosmetics.
In 2016, the company received a certificate of conformity GOST ISO 9001-2011 reg.№ ROSS RU.IF19.K00113.
Currently, our company produces more than 100 different plant extracts that meet the requirements for food product safety, which is confirmed by the Declarations of Conformity TC N RU.АЯ46.В.75723 dated 03/02/2015, TC N RU.АЯ46.В.75724 dated 03/02/2015 , TS N RU 45.B.15581
from 07/13/2015 and others.
Each year, several new names are added to the list of extracts produced. We also produce extracts from tolling raw materials.
Our customers are leading manufacturers of finished medicines, dietary supplements and cosmetics in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine.
The company has its own car park. That allows you to build effective logistics schemes for the supply of raw materials for production and shipments of completed orders to customers.
For the convenience of customer service, a sales office was established in St. Petersburg, including a sales department and a logistics service.
The stock of finished products is supported by the presence of the main positions.
Orders for the planned production of extracts are accepted.
Shipment is made from a warehouse in St. Petersburg by self-delivery or delivered to the terminal of the TC Business Lines in St. Petersburg with further shipment to the buyer's address.
Depending on the volume of the order, discounts are provided.
