Karlaman condensed milk is made according to classical technology. Milk is pasteurized in one container, and sugar syrup is brewed in another. Then they are fed to a vacuum evaporator. Under the influence of high temperature, excess moisture evaporates, it remains exactly 26.5% - it is just so much that condensed milk acquires the “correct” ductility. The company knows: to preserve milk for 15 months, ordinary sugar and ... a clear conscience are enough. In Karlamana condensed milk there is no milk powder, no vegetable fat, no preservatives, no flavors, no colorings — only milk and sugar. Content strictly complies with GOST.
