Kristall Creamery, a member of the ASB group of companies, holds a leading position in the Tambov Region in the production of press and refined sunflower oil and is one of the youngest and most modern sunflower seed processors. The construction of the first phase of the creamery with a capacity of 250 tons of seeds per day was started in 1999. And in 2001 the press shop was put into operation. In 2005, the second phase of the creamery was launched: a workshop for refining and deodorizing oil with a capacity of 100 tons per day.
The new workshop represents all the latest achievements in the field of refining equipment engineering. Total costs for the construction and installation of equipment amounted to 200 million rubles. In November 2008, the creamery began industrial production of bottled sunflower oil under the trademarks Luchezarnoye, Kristallina, Russian Oil and Autumn Bouquet. Today, the company's capacity is 1.5 million bottles per month.
Kristall Creamery is located in the city of Kirsanov, Tambov Region, and has its own infrastructure, including an elevator complex with a storage capacity of 30 thousand tons of sunflower seeds, a veel-crushing and drying compartments, a modern laboratory, an automated weighing station, and a boiler room.
About 230 workers and specialists work at the creamery.
