Our philosophy is rooted in the heart of Sardinia – in the region around Sennori, not far from Sassari: to produce olive oil that not only adds flavor, but brings real pleasure. Lamaddalena stands for the combination of decades of experience, dedication and the latest technology – embedded in one of the most pristine landscapes in Italy. 🌿 Origin & Character The olive groves from which our oil comes thrive on calcareous and clayey soils on hillsides with ideal sun exposure and good ventilation thanks to the Mistral wind. These special conditions give our olive oil its unmistakable character. 🧑‍🌾 Processing & Quality In our in-house mill, we combine the latest extraction technology with the passion of traditional production. Our olives are carefully harvested by hand or with modern tools and cold extracted within a few hours – this way they remain.
