The farm is a modern, one of the largest in Russia, complex numbering 2,300 animals, including 1150 milking cows. The farm has almost 600 hectares of land, its own agricultural machinery park, taking into account fodder harvesting, about 70 jobs. Since 2008, the agricultural production enterprise Lukoz has been a pedigree reproducer for raising goats of the Saanen breed.
