About the factory
Company «Gaysan Gazli Amortisor ” is a leading manufacturer of gas shock absorbers (springs) in Turkey. In terms of volume and quality of its products, it tops the list of specialized national enterprises, and is one of the five largest in the world market of gas spring manufacturers.
The plant’s products are widely used in agricultural machinery (Komatsu, Carraro, Rostselmash), aircraft manufacturing (Boeing), medical equipment manufacturing (Invacare, GE Healthcare) and the furniture sector (Ikea, “ Hill-Rom ”,“ Sugatsune ”).
GAYSAN's product quality control system complies with international standards ( ISO 9001 ) and automotive standards ( ISO / TS 16949 ). The environmental production management system complies with DIN EN ISO 14001.
Samples of the company's products are subjected to rigorous testing. For this purpose, the following test measurement and control devices are available in production:
- ZWICK - a test device for measuring strength, allows you to perform up to 20 different tests;
- test apparatus for measuring the life cycle in an upright position;
- test apparatus for measuring the life cycle in a vertical / horizontal position;
- test apparatus for shock absorber speed control;
- air conditioning test apparatus (hot / cold);
- test apparatus for measuring salt corrosion resistance;
- apparatus for measuring and monitoring the power block lift;
- apparatus for measuring and controlling the block lift / lift force.
