Blue Oka OJSC is an enterprise with more than 70 years of history. As a manufacturer and supplier of high quality shirts for men and boys, it has been known for almost 20 years.
The history of the enterprise begins on February 7, 1930. On this day, the first sewing workshop in Ryazan opened its doors.
The next milestone in the development of the enterprise was 1975. This year, the Ryazan sewing production association was organized, which included six factories. In addition to the parent company located in Ryazan, the sewing factories of the cities of the region: Kasimova, Skopin, Sasovo, Shatsk, Tuma joined the association. Ryazan sewing production association has become one of the largest in Europe.
From 1986 to 1989 there was a technical re-equipment of the parent enterprise. This made it possible, on the basis of equipment from leading Western companies, to launch production of high-quality men's shirts using modern technologies.
In 1993, the company was reorganized into the Open Joint Stock Company Blue Oka.
The company has numerous diplomas and certificates.
Currently, the priority in the development of the company is to improve the technology of tailoring shirts for men, men's shirts, corporate clothing and many other products.
Product details are cut according to the most economical layouts by modern stationary and mobile cutting machines.
To create the necessary elasticity and rigidity of some parts, modern adhesive applied materials are used. Their connection with parts from the main fabric is carried out using special presses of the company "Kannegiesser".
In sewing workshops, processing of parts, assemblies and assembly is carried out on grinding and specialized sewing machines using semi-automatic machines.
The company is equipped with high-tech equipment from Rimoldi Necchi (Italy), Durkopp Adler (Germany).
