Kirovsky Mashzavod May 1 OJSC is the only manufacturer of diesel-electric and hydraulic cranes on the railway in Russia, the CIS and Baltic countries, as well as one of the largest Russian manufacturers of track machines for the construction, repair and maintenance of railway tracks.
TYPES OF PRODUCTION:
1. Foundry, production capacity:
- steel casting - up to 11,000 tons per year
- iron casting - up to 8,000 tons per year
- color casting - up to 580 tons per year
2. Forging and pressing, with a production capacity of up to 4,400 tons per year.
3. Procurement with equipment for gas, plasma, laser and guillotine cutting.
4. Welding, with a production capacity of up to 10,000 tons of metal structures per year, of which 95% is mechanized welding in the environment of active gases.
5. Metalworking with turning, milling, drilling, grinding, boring, grooving, gear processing and broaching equipment.
