Year after year, TVES modernizes production. The mechanization of manual labor is one of the most important milestones in the development of the plant. A robot for installing chip elements, a processing center for the production of elastic element sensors, automatic weight loading stands for weights completely replaced manual labor, thereby minimizing the possibility of marriage.
Today, 300 highly skilled workers work at the plant, 17 of them work for the benefit of production for more than 30 years.
