LLC Miass Production Enterprise Auto Plus has been tracing its history since February 1955 and is part of the All-Russian Public Organization of the Blind Society. Until April 21, 2008, the company was called LLC Miass Training and Production Enterprise of the All-Russian Society of the Blind, and then it was renamed in connection with the entry into force of the fourth part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in January 2008 (in accordance with Article 1473). LLC MPP Avto Plus maintained continuity, both in status and in the types of activities carried out.
The enterprise is socially significant, it was created with the aim of attracting people with disabilities to work, their social and labor rehabilitation. More than half of the number of people working at the enterprise are people with disabilities, both in vision and in general diseases.
On the territory of 9238.7 sq.m. The buildings of the administrative and industrial buildings, the premises of the material warehouse, fuel and lubricants warehouse and garage are located.
The main activity is the production of automotive components (80%), the production of corrugated packaging (5%), the production of sheet plastic (15%).

The production of corrugated packaging and paper bags is mainly focused on the enterprises of the city of Miass and the Gornozavodsky zone.
In mid-2008, a metalware section began to function. The objective of this section is the production of frames for the assembly of car seats. Orders are accepted from individuals and legal entities for powder coating and the manufacture of products from a bent metal profile.
Since July 2009, a multi-layer paper bag production site has been operating.
At the end of 2012, the investment project "Production of sheet plastic" was implemented. The project provides a wide range of sheet plastic made of polypropylene, polyethylene, etc. The goal and objective facing the enterprise management is to satisfy the needs of customers, the enterprise to break even work and improve the material well-being of employees.
MPP Avto Plus LLC has been a member of the South Ural Chamber of Commerce and Industry since July 2008. Along with the membership, cooperation with the chamber began to prepare the necessary documentation for certification of the quality management system. This certificate was received in November 2008. The company annually audits of the functioning of the QMS are carried out, the results of which are improvements in the process approach to the organization of labor, production, personnel.
The long-term plan for the development of the enterprise until 2015 provides for an increase in the volume of production and sales of products, as well as addressing the development of the production and technological base, increasing production efficiency, preserving and increasing jobs for people with disabilities.
