SANDWICH PVC PANELS
PVC plastic sandwich panels based on polystyrene foam manufactured by PC ArmPlast are manufactured using a one-component (two-component) polyurethane adhesive composition with one or two-sided coating of 0.7 and 1 mm thick PVC sheet and has linear dimensions of 1500x3000 mm. Possessing sound and heat-insulating properties, they are used in external and internal building envelopes and are not affected by weather conditions. The low weight of PVC sandwich panels is an advantage during transportation and installation. They do not load bearing structures, they are easily processed directly at the construction site. The inner layer of the PVC sandwich panel is an extruded foam polystyrene with a closed cellular structure. It differs from the free-foam polystyrene (polystyrene) in the best physical and mechanical properties. Polystyrene is glued on both sides with plastic sheets. These can be sheets of rigid PVC, foamed PVC or layered PVC.
