The Shuar company was founded in 1997 and was the first in Russia to produce Baklava - the pearl of sweets in the Arab East. In the manufacture of Baklava, as in all of our products, only natural, plant-based ingredients are used. We produce Baklava from two types of dough: Fillo and Kadaif using pistachios, walnuts, almonds, etc.
Shuar is a recognized leader in quality in the Russian market for manufacturers of handmade oriental flour sweets. The high authority and quality of our products has been repeatedly confirmed by more than 40 gold medals and numerous Grand Prix of such exhibitions as Prodexpo, World Food, Peter Food, Buy Russian, etc. In particular, the Gold Medal for Bak Lava product at WorldFood 2006, Quality Standard 2010 at the All-Russian Forum and Best Product 2011 at the ProdExpo 2011 exhibition. In 2015, she was awarded a gold medal and a Diploma at the international exhibition of Coffee and Tea in St. Petersburg and became a laureate of the “Healthy Nutrition” award in the nomination “Best Producer” in the category “Confectionery” and was awarded a diploma from
FSBI “Research Institute of Nutrition” in 2015 in Moscow.
