Industrial, hot water, heating boilers for solid fuels "PROTON". Sawdust boilers. Wood waste boilers. The fuel is shredded wood waste (sawdust, wood chips), pellets, peat and peat granules, coal fractions up to 20 mm. In installations manual loading of lumpy fuel is saved!
This boiler is equipped with a fuel supply system and an automatic control system. The main difference from the manual PROTON solid fuel boilers in the modified grate. Fuel enters the boiler from the storage bunker (1.4 m3 operational reserve bunker as standard)) via a screw conveyor through a retort (fuel feed chute), after which it “falls apart” along the grate of the boiler where it burns down.
