Since 2008, our company opened a workshop for the production of metal structures in Ryazan, the total capacity of metal structures by the end of 2009 reached 1300t / month. Metal structures are made from our own metal, which can significantly reduce the lead time, and prices have virtually no competitors in this market. The production base of our company and qualified specialists allow us to produce metal structures of various profiles and purposes.
Since 2010, all manufactured products have been delivered by Scania’s own transport, own fleet of 4 cars of 14.6m / 25tn each; 2 cars of 6m / 10tn; 3 gazelles of 3m / 1.5tn
Today, the company LLC "Titan-MK" specializes in the design, manufacture and installation of metal structures of any complexity, while the warehouse sales of metal products rose to 3000tn / month.
We build both cold hangars and huge logistics, production centers, our capabilities are limited only by the desire of the customer.
Since 2012, the company LLC Titan-MK took part in the construction of Olympic facilities in Sochi, the village of Krasnaya Polyana, the ski center of LLC Rosa Khutor.
The Tunnel corrugated structures with a total length of more than 200 meters and a weight of more than 400 tons were delivered and mounted on the Male and Female Downhill. Also, our company produced, delivered and installed lighting poles 65m = 2pcs and 52m = 2pcs in height, which accommodate more than 300 lighting fixtures in total.
By the end of 2013, the entrance group “Ladders” was installed in the finish area of the GLC for spectators to pass to the stands with a total weight of 245 tons.
At the moment, the second workshop for the processing of metal products and the production of metal structures has been opened in the city of Elektrostal, Moscow Region, on the territory of the EZTM plant to increase production capacity.
