In 2018, the company began to develop the production of mineral dyes and pigments based on iron oxide using its own technology and its own equipment from its own raw materials. Production facilities allow producing at least 100 tons per month of high-quality coloring pigment. The color we produce is red and dark red. The pigment has passed laboratory testing and is certified for safety and compliance with product parameters according to the classification of ROSPOTREBNADZOR of the Russian Federation. About pigment: dye is a highly concentrated iron oxide and, subject to the technological process, is capable of coloring concrete mixtures in a bright, red, pink or light brown color that does not fade over time, giving the product an attractive color scheme and at the same time giving concrete increased strength due to molecular bonds iron oxide and concrete mix. The scope of application of the pigment: the production of paving slabs, building mixtures, paints, small architectural forms, the production of colored bitumen, rubber coating of sports fields, plastic production. The proportions of the required raw material (pigment) to the marketable mass of concrete to give a stable, bright red color is from 3 to 5% per ton of concrete mix.
