LLC Plant "RaDan", Yekaterinburg.
The company was established in 2013. specially for the production of gas meters. Projects and molds used to produce meters are developed by PCB specialists. Here, most of the tools and equipment necessary for the production of finished products are also designed.
So, the plant is equipped with refrigeration chambers of its own production, in which the meters are checked for resistance to high and low temperatures, as well as for tightness.
Calibration is carried out on unique, unparalleled calibration stands manufactured at the RaDan plant specifically for the Prince meters.
All processes for the production of meters:
- manufacturing of cases and assembly of measuring paths,
- manufacture of piezoceramic transducers,
- production and programming of printed circuit boards,
- various tests, including tightness and heat resistance,
- calibration
carefully monitored.
Counters “Prince” are patented, have a Certificate of approval of the type of measuring instruments and a Certificate of Conformity.
Currently, technological processes are being debugged, during the manufacturing process the design of the devices is being improved.
In addition, new piezoceramic transducers are being developed, the introduction of which will reduce the calibration time by three times.
Every day, productivity increases, bringing closer the main goal that the plant’s specialists set themselves - the mass production of ultrasonic meters, which can cover the huge need of the population.
