The company "ORTEX" began its activities in 2010. The company is engaged in the production of textile products in the form of cotton fabrics and garments made from them, and also has a number of outlets for retailing its own products and products of other manufacturers. The products are men's and children's trousers made of Denim, Corduroy, Slacks, Men's jackets, shirts and shorts, bathrobes. All made from 100% cotton. It releases spring summer and autumn winter collections a year. The company has its own production base with an area of 1000 square meters, in which weaving, sewing and dyeing products are operating. Number of employees 25 people, including 21 women. The volume of products on the example of men's trousers 2000 - 2500 units per month. Installed equipment and available area allows to increase the volume of products by 50%. Products are sold through outlets within the Republic of Tajikistan.
A multi-head embroidery machine with 9 colors in each head is installed in production, which allows you to expand the assortment range and make it more attractive giving an additional effect to the manufactured products.
A tinting cooking unit simultaneously boils or dyes 20kg of goods, which is approximately 35-40 units of men's trousers. Thanks to the stainless steel that the inside of the unit is made of, the machine allows the product to be dyed using more aggressive chemical products.
Using this idea, the company began to produce products labeled “VAT”. Products marked with “VAT” are especially durable staining, not afraid of chlorine-containing solutions and peroxide. It is resistant to light weather and does not lazy.
The fabrics that are used for sewing garments depending on the season have a surface density of 150 grams per square meter to 400 grams per square meter for trousers and jackets and from 80 gr square meters to 120 gr square meters for tailoring shirts. Fabrics are made from 100% cotton. Always in the assortment there is a product developed from fine fiber varieties of cotton fiber with a combed method of carding and a carded spinning system, which gives the goods the effect of silkiness and good drape.
The company buys dyes and chemical products from the Swiss company "BECEMA" which accompanies technology and guarantees quality.
