Hydraulic pumping unit «UNGR-3000R» is designed to create hydrostatic pressure in high pressure chambers from 0 to 4000 bar (kgf/cm2).
The unit «UNGR-3000R» is successfully used for compression, control and pressing by the oil injection method of tapered and cylindrical joints for various purposes and for pumping the oil gap in wheel pairs during the repair of railway rolling stock.
The oil injection (hydrostatic pressing) method allows mounting/dismounting industrial products with tapered and cylindrical shafts, such as bearings, couplings, gears, crankshafts, screws, bushings, railway wheels and other parts.
