TERMS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND (02.02.2023)

1. The Qoovee.com service provides paid services for the promotion, advertising and marketing of products, services and brand for the Seller

2. The Seller replenishes its balance and uses the funds at its own discretion within the service to purchase paid services of Qoovee.com

3. The Seller can set a rate for the actions of users, such as: an appeal, a request, an order. For each such action performed by the user in relation to the Seller, the funds set by the Seller itself are debited from the Seller's balance

4. The amount paid and replenished to the user's balance and/or for other Qoovee.com services are not subject to return. The User pays the costs and commission fees for the transfer of funds. The funds from the balance are used for the internal use of paid services of Qoovee.com

5. Amounts received when using the "Deal Protection" (Qoovee Safe) service are subject to freezing on a special Alive LLC bank account until the transaction is completed and transferred to the supplier or the buyer (refund), depending on the status of the completion of the deal. The terms for this are listed at https://www.qoovee.com/policies/terms/. At the same time, Qoovee retains bank and own commissions after the transaction is completed.

6. Amounts received for cargo transportation services (Qoovee Logistics) are subject to freezing in a special bank account of Alive LLC until the transaction is completed and transferred to the service provider (subcontractor of cargo transportation services) or to the Service Customer (refund) depending on the status of completion of the transaction.

7. Alive LLC, in addition to its own methods of accepting payments, also trusts the acceptance of online payments using the payment systems of Alive LLC (Kyrgyz Republic) and Qoovee Asia LLP (Kazakhstan)
