Even before the founding of the company, the team that formed the TMT PC was warming houses: implementing the latest developments in the field of building insulation in Russian conditions, solving typical and individual problems of thermal insulation, vapor barrier and sound insulation in industrial and civil construction.
Many years of experience in warming houses and new developments in the field of technological construction solutions that would allow warming efficiently, quickly, and for a long time led to the creation of our own production of PPU thermal insulation under the registered trademark “Polyurethane“ Regent ™ ™ ”- it’s well known that polyurethane foam It is the best massive building thermal insulation due to its unique thermophysical properties.
Over the years, the company has significantly increased the range of products. Experience was gained in working with various coating materials, including polyurethane foam shells in galvanizing for pipe and pipe insulation, production of high-temperature thermal insulation, applied to coolants up to + 150 ° C, was launched, production of insulated drywall, which is used as insulation and finishing material, began indoors.
Since 2004, the company opened a line for the production of stucco polyurethane decor for the decoration of facades (stucco molding from polyurethane foam). From the first day, paying great attention to the quality of products, TMT quickly earned a good reputation among architects and builders as a manufacturer of high-quality stucco moldings of polyurethane of any complexity in a short time.
Since 2006 PK TMT has been producing panels for the conditions of the Far North, which have proven themselves in large Russian companies that manage settlements in the north of the country.
In 2008, the Regent Thermopanel production workshop was opened - panels for insulation and facade decoration. In this product area, the plant works with leading German manufacturers of clinker tiles. PK TMT produces a high-quality product for durable insulation of the facade with polyurethane and simultaneous brick finish.
In 2010, the production of structural insulation panels (SIP panels) of a unique design developed by engineers of PC TMT was established. These panels are manufactured using non-combustible polyurethane, which makes it possible to use SIP panels in any conditions.
The production is equipped with equipment of leading foreign manufacturers, which allows you to maintain a consistently high quality of products. A unique numerical control machine allows TMT specialists to create computer models of products and implement them with the highest possible accuracy.
