In 2012, a tray washing system of the German company HOBART was purchased for washing and disinfection of returnable containers (Euro trays). In the same year, a biscuit-cutting machine (made in Slovenia) and a jigging machine for the production of cookies and biscuit were purchased for the confectionery shop. Then, in 2013, a rotary kiln and a cream-beater of the French company VMI were purchased and installed in the confectionery shop. In 2013, a major project was implemented - the workshop for the production of puff pastry products was reconstructed, with the installation of an automated line of the German company FRITSCH with a capacity of 9000 kg of products per day. The workshop is equipped with an air conditioning unit and refrigerators for freezing semi-finished products. After some time in the same year, a modern dough mixing machine G4-TMM-300-1 with two kneading bodies and a variable kneading speed was purchased for the production of grain varieties of bread. Today, the issue of technical re-equipment is given paramount importance, since this is the main direction in the development of any production.
