Shuar LLC in 1999, for the first time in Russia, began the production of various varieties of Baklava - the pearl of the sweets of the Arab East, and year after year began to illuminate and introduce into production all new types of products of a wide taste range of oriental sweets of the peoples of the Middle East, Transcaucasia and Central Asia . The secret of the product is the use of ancient recipes and the special technology of oriental craftsmen, the use of only high-quality natural ingredients of plant origin (lean product all year round), namely: pistachios, walnuts, cashews, natural honey, premium wheat flour and other environmentally friendly products. The assets of the awards also include the Jubilee Prize “PRESTIGE” for consistently high quality and effective policy. Among the awards, a special place is occupied by the Gold Medal for the BAKLAVA product at World Food 2006, Quality Standard 2010 at the All-Russian Forum and Best Product 2011 at the ProdExpo 2011 exhibition.
