The Torzhok dairy plant has been processing milk and producing dairy products since 1947. Today it is a modern high-tech enterprise, daily producing up to 100 tons of dairy products under the brand name "Dairy Kingdom".
Natural product: from cow's milk
Milk, kefir, fermented baked milk, sour cream, cottage cheese, butter "Dairy Kingdom" are made from natural cow's milk, which is purchased from agricultural producers of the Tver and Moscow regions.
Thanks to the gentle heat treatment, milk of the TM “Dairy Kingdom” retains its nutritional properties and is much more useful than sterilized milk.
Old Health Recipes
For the production of kefir, cottage cheese, the plant uses ancient classical technologies. Kefir is made using yeast on kefir fungi. Such a product is rich in beneficial microorganisms: it contains lactobacilli, acetic acid bacteria, milk yeast.
