YURXAS LLC is a young dyeing and finishing factory that produces dyeing of high quality knitted fabric.
The factory is equipped with modern high-tech equipment of the Dilmenler ASOS, SERTEX brands with a production capacity of up to 6000 - 7000 kg of canvas per day.
Dyeing of yarn and fiber is carried out in Dilmenler ASOS dyeing machines with a load of 50, 150, 300, 450 and 600 kg.
At our production facility, modern technologies are applied, strict requirements are set for the products and special attention is paid to quality control at each stage of production. For this, highly qualified technologists and specialists from Turkey are involved.
Environmentally friendly and high quality dyeing at our enterprise is achieved through the use of active dyes and textile auxiliary substances, certified and environmentally friendly.
Our customers can select colors from the color map of the dyed fabric developed by our highly qualified specialists. Dyeing specialists develop dye formulations and make trial colors. Ready-made designs are sent to customers for approval and final approval of orders.
The laboratory of the factory carries out strict control at the input of raw materials (harsh linen, dyes, textile auxiliary substances), conducts timely and high-quality control of products by modern measuring instruments and instruments for testing.
