Cedar CJSC is a Russian manufacturer of automotive parts. The main developments are underway for VAZ cars. Among the product range are steering tips, ball bearings, shock absorbers, brake system parts, air and oil filters, gas stops, etc.
Cedar spare parts have been produced since 1988, the first products are steering components for a VAZ. Since then, the product line has been actively replenished, including spare parts for foreign cars. The company is constantly introducing new technologies into production.
All production is located in the Chelyabinsk region, Russia. Kedr CJSC has a full production cycle, which allows for full quality control.
The company "Kedr" produces parts in accordance with the automotive standard 16949: 2002, spare parts regularly participate in Russian exhibitions and competitions.
The manufacture of automotive components is based on the most modern technologies:
- cross-wedge rolling of a ball finger on equipment with an automated control system on microcontrollers;
- heat treatment of products carried out in a protective environment on the Polish line "Rekat";
- painting of hull products by cataphoretic priming.
