At the beginning of our activity, we focused on the production of metal injection molds and the processing of brass molds. The technical knowledge and craftsmanship skills we acquired during this period formed the basis of our production approach in the following years. In a short time, we began to produce not only molds, but also solutions for various areas such as the production of spare parts, the automotive industry, the defense industry and plastic products.
Today, APSUVA CNC PANTOGRAF is a manufacturing company capable of carrying out all processes from design to production in-house. In our company, each product idea is first presented to the customer visually using professional design programs. In the next stage, it is prepared for processing using 3D CAD/CAM programs. The molds are processed with high precision on CNC pantograph machines. These moulds are converted into products on zinc alloy or plastic die casting machines and put into operation.
We can produce a variety of products such as brand labels, wallet badges, textile accessories, promotional items such as bottle openers, metal logos, zipper pulls and tie tips that are aesthetically pleasing and suitable for mass production.
