TERTIARY ROTARY CRUSHER Rotary crushers of tertiary action; have been developed with the latest technology allowing the heavy-duty rotor, large bearings and crusher to reach high speeds and to increase the amount of medium hard materials with narrow grain distributions. Hydraulically supported crushers increase efficiency by minimizing maintenance time and adjusting the control system. The developed design of the high and low speed crushing body was aimed at the heavy type rotor. Hydraulically supported primary impact crushers maximize crusher efficiency by minimizing maintenance time and adjusting the control system. Large diameter forged chrome-molybdenum-nickel retarder shaft. Long service life thanks to a large spherical voice coil designed for heavy use and attached with high quality bearings. Crushing pans made of chromium and manganese alloy steels ensure high productivity. The crusher body is equipped with a hydraulic body opening mechanism for safe and quick maintenance of the rotor and other wearing parts. Adjustment system of crushing plates providing high speed reduction. Observation cover for easy access in emergency situations. Crushing plates coated with a primary layer of steel containing manganese alloy.
