The Russian production company KB-71 LLC carries out a full cycle of development and production of modern lighting equipment for industrial and domestic purposes.
Design Bureau "KB-71" was created in 2009 by a team of young prospectively thinking engineers. In the same year, Federal Law No. 261-FZ “On Energy Saving and on Improving Energy Efficiency and on Amending Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” was adopted. According to the New World State Project, approved by the decision of the Presidential Commission for the Modernization and Technological Development of the Russian Economy, the development of lighting systems based on LEDs has begun.
This determined the main activity of the young company - the localization in Russia of advanced technologies for the production of LED lighting systems.
To implement these plans, a full-cycle production was created, including a metal processing line, and an automated line for the manufacture and installation of electronic components and a multi-stage quality control system. All together, this allows us to develop and produce products that are unique in their characteristics.

OUR PRODUCTION
The full-cycle production complex of KB-71 LLC is located in the Technopark 4M zone in the Moscow Region. It was commissioned in 2015.
PLANT PRODUCTION CAPACITY - 360,000 LED LUMINAIRES PER YEAR.
On 6000 sq.m. The plant’s area includes workshops for automatic and manual soldering, assembly, packaging, metalworking, welding, painting, metalwork, plastic processing, as well as a warehouse for finished products. Installation of electronic components is carried out on an automatic installation line for SMD components. LED lights manufactured by KB-71 are a new generation of lighting systems. They give a comfortable and soft light without flicker, consume significantly less electricity. For the manufacture of fixtures, mainly domestic components are used. The KB-71 company is focused on supporting Russian business and Russian manufacturers, which is fully consistent with the policy of the Government of the Russian Federation.

KB-71 LLC has licenses and certificates required for the production of LED lighting systems. All manufactured products undergo mandatory tests in accredited state laboratories of VNISI LLC, Archilight LLC. Technical characteristics of LED equipment indicated by KB-71 LLC in the technical specifications of products and other marketing materials comply with the test protocols of the above laboratories and are presented on the official website of the company.
