Designed for mixing and granulating powder materials. Consists of • an inclined rotating mixing chamber; • high-speed granulating head; • nozzles for binder injection; • scraper tool for dumping the mixture from the wall and bottom of the chamber, preventing sticking; • pneumatic cylinder for opening the bottom unloading valve; control systems. The rotation speed of the mixing chamber and granulating head is regulated by a frequency converter, the time of the mixing, granulating and unloading process is set by a timer for each operation. Loading is carried out manually through the fitting with the chamber closed. Unloading through the bottom hatch. Units and parts in contact with the processed product are made of stainless steel. Various versions are possible both in size and in materials used.
