Z-axis module with torch holder, THC unit and electric drive on a stepper motor (similar to SH-HC30). Designed to operate on a CNC plasma or gas cutting machine. Compatible with stand-alone CNC controllers or MACH3. Torch height control - by arc voltage or capacitive.

Oxy-fuel torch height controller, upgraded version of CHC-200. Torch height control - capacitive. Power supply ~ 24V. Accuracy 0.1mm. UP / DOWN outputs to CNC controller. Direct control of the 24V electric motor of the Z-axis drive. Manual setting and adjustment of parameters.

Plasma torch height control module with Ethernet interface for MACH3. High voltage, measured voltage up to 200V. The module is compatible with HT plasma cutters, operation with other plasma cutters is not guaranteed.

The ohmic sensor is designed to locate the workpiece and detect collisions with metal during the plasma cutting process. The sensor is designed to work with Hypertherm products only. The sensor has high accuracy due to the ability to adjust the sensitivity, is equipped with a trigger indication and an opto-isolated trigger signal output. Supply voltage 12V.

New generation universal plasma torch height control module with Ethernet and UP / DOWN interface. Works with any plasma cutter, has both high-voltage and low-voltage inputs. Supply voltage 220V. Includes controller module and divider module.

Automatic ignition systems are designed for automated ignition of gas in the torch in automated gas cutting machines on command from the machine control panel.

Safety flame arrestor check valves are designed to provide safety in the event of an accident. The check valve allows gas to pass in one direction, and does not let it pass in the other direction - in case of ignition - the fire will not go along the route. A flame extinguishing element is also built into the valve. Please note that on gas lines (red), the threads are left-handed, on oxygen lines (blue), the threads are right-handed.

Reducing fittings are installed on an oxy-fuel torch or other gas fittings to connect hoses with gas and oxygen.

Replaceable copper nozzles of various diameters for oxy-fuel torches for acetylene and propane cutting are presented. Ranges of thickness and cutting speed are indicated.

Gas torches with in-nozzle mixing of gases - acetylene or propane with oxygen. Please note that torches are supplied without a nozzle and without hose adapters. Nozzles and fittings must be purchased separately. Please note that on gas lines (red), the threads are left-handed, on oxygen lines (blue), the threads are right-handed.

2-axis rotary axis for 5-axis machining. Belt reducers 1: 6 and 1: 8, three-jaw chuck K11-100 + working table 100x125mm, stepper motors analogue of PL57H76. Height to center 98mm. Faceplate beats up to 0.1mm are possible, cartridge beats up to 0.2mm are possible.

Rotary axis - reduction 1: 3, belt reducer, three-jaw chuck K11-100, stepper motor analogue PL86. Height to center 65mm. Faceplate beats up to 0.1mm are possible, cartridge beats up to 0.2mm are possible.
