EXTRAVIRGIN OLIVE OIL NATURAL LEAKING OLIVE OIL   This acid is less than 0.8% and can be consumed naturally, it is the sought after flavor of salads, sauces, hot and cold dishes. Natural extra virgin olive oil is obtained by squeezing the unripe green olives collected early in October-November by cold pressing method. It is suitable to consume raw rather than using it while cooking. It can be used in the mornings and evenings by drinking one tablespoon for medicinal purposes, as well as in cold meals, appetizers and salads. Its taste is fruity and fresh. Maximum 27 degrees of water is used in our olive oils that we produce with cold press. Since high temperature negatively affects the nutritional values and fragrant structure of olive oil, the aromatic components and nutritional values of olive oils obtained at low water temperature are much higher compared to other methods.
